Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Experience with API Security, OAuth, and Token-Based Authentication.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to provide technical consultation and support to clients or participants.
Job Description
- Provide technical support throughout the API development and integration process.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for inquiries related to API specifications and participant integration guidelines.
- Assist participants or clients in developing, integrating, and testing APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during API development and integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful API implementation and compliance with technical standards.
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices for API development, security, and integration.
