Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, determining the root cause and finding effective solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for both customer and internal reference.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 6 months TSR
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach
