Description

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and support resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Communications.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Technical Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Technical Sales.
