RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution
• Managing project scope, cost, schedule, and quality while ensuring strict adherence to stakeholder expectations.
Team Leadership
• Driving and guiding the daily work of technical staff, allocating resources, and conducting kickoff meetings.
Risk Management
• Assessing, mitigating, and communicating project risks or issues as they arise.
Communication
• Presenting progress reports, roadmaps, and change requests to stakeholders and leadership.
Process Improvement
• Standardizing project procedures, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and driving continual improvements across teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and project planning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, resources, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Proven ability to ensure project delivery through effective planning, prioritization, and monitoring.
• Strong client management skills, ensuring transparency and high customer satisfaction.
• Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Experienced in preparing, maintaining, and presenting project reports and documentation.
• Ability to provide comprehensive project updates, outcomes, and lessons learned to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in any business course.
• With at least 2 years of working experience as a project manager.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Expertise in project management and planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and project progress.
• Strong client relationship and satisfaction management.
• Skilled in risk identification and mitigation.
• Experienced in project reporting and documentation.
• Ability to present project status, outcomes, and deliverables effectively.
Work Schedule:
• Hybrid: 3days on-site 2 days WFH
