The Career Support (Verification) ensures employment outcomes from platform introductions are accurately tracked, verified, and documented to support revenue recognition and prevent missed placements.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify employment outcomes for platform‑introduced candidates.

• Confirm start dates, status, compensation, and work arrangements.

• Conduct follow‑ups with employers and job seekers to validate placements.

• Compare records and responses to identify discrepancies.

• Investigate off‑platform hiring and fee avoidance cases.

• Gather evidence and maintain complete documentation for verification cases.

• Escalate suspicious or unresolved cases per procedures.

• Build professional relationships with employers and job seekers.

• Conduct calls, emails, and follow‑ups to secure timely confirmations.

• Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation across systems.

• Support revenue protection by ensuring validated, complete placement records.


QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required.

• 4+ years of experience in contact center, customer support, recruitment operations, or other high-volume outbound/inbound calling environments.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Skilled in investigative follow-ups, identifying inconsistencies, and accurately documenting findings.

• Experienced in handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and persistence.

• Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze information from multiple sources.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.

• Ability to work independently and drive cases to resolution with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and case management tools.


Preferred Qualification

• Experience in verification, collections, fraud investigation, background screening,

recruitment, healthcare staffing, customer escalations, and related roles.
