Description
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
