Performs recruitment activities such as sourcing of applicants, focusing on different online platforms,

Recruitment Job Sites (Indeed, Google for Jobs, Pinoy Jobs, Jora, Bestjobs, etc)
Social Media Sites (FB Groups and FB pages of various cities/municipalities)
Handles FB Live
In-charge of FB Live and its implementation based on agreed/approved schedules.
Ensures that all on-line applicants have registered in GMS Trabaho Para Sa Iyo and are tagged by HR Supervisor to which account the applicant will be considered for interview.
Maintains GMS FB pages and makes sure that all inquiries, concerns and suggestions are addressed within 24 hours.
Monitors status of on-line applications and ensures re-tagging to another account until being deployed.
Does monitoring of on-line applicants for interview, intro and requirements.
Assists the Recruitment Supervisor on encoding Daily Recruitment Report as needed.
Assists HRAs in ensuring completeness of employment requirements of newly-hired employees and monitors submission by updating database
