About the Role
Our gaming platform is experiencing hyper-growth in the Indian market, and our core engine is a rapidly expanding agent network. We are looking for a savvy, aggressive, and well-connected Agency Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion by poaching top talent from competitors and building a high-performing sales force on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Competitive Talent Poaching (Primary Focus)
· Targeted Headhunting: Utilize platforms like YouTube, SEO, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups to identify and target high-performing agents currently working with competitor platforms.

· Community Infiltration: Penetrate competitor agent communities to identify active and influential members. Execute discreet recruitment strategies to poach these agents.

· KOL & Webmaster Conversion: Scout and approach top KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and high-traffic webmasters. Convert them into exclusive agents and establish long-term partnership deals.

2. Team Leadership & Scalability
· Recruit & Train: Build and manage a team of freelance Business Development Representatives (commission-only structure).

· Process Optimization: Develop effective sales scripts, outreach strategies, and operational playbooks. Assign targets and monitor performance closely.

· Quality Control: Vet potential agents to ensure quality and implement measures to prevent fraudulent activities (brushing/arbitrage).

3. Key Account Management
· High-Value Negotiation: Personally handle negotiations with VIP agents, offering premium terms and incentives to eliminate hesitation and secure partnerships.

· Onboarding & Nurturing: Accompany new agents through their "honeymoon phase" (initial launch period). Provide hands-on support to help them achieve quick wins, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
