Senior Architect

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

- Must be a Licensed Architect

- Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software

-Experience in project planning, coordination, and construction documentation

-Knowledge of U.S. architectural standards and codes is an advantage

-Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills

-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation

-Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications

-Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams

-Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables

• Oversee project schedules and maintain deadlines

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen

• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and client requirements

• Participate in client presentations and project meetings
