Technical Growth Engineer – Energy & EV Infrastructure
Ace Tech Electronics Corp
The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing energy and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure firm specializing in two distinct spaces: critical power reliability (industrial UPS, AVR systems) and commercial fleet electrification (EV trucks, tripartite fleet leasing, charging ecosystems).
We don't sell products; we sell operational resilience and cost reduction. We are currently scaling our fleet transition and energy optimization programs with top-tier supply chain giants like FAST Logistics. To accelerate this momentum, we are seeking a metrics-driven Technical Growth Engineer to act as our primary pipeline scout.
This is a strategic, top-of-funnel role. Your sole mission is to identify high-value industrial facilities, deploy data-driven B2B case studies, and secure commitments for facility power quality and energy audits. You will work directly with the President, managing the data gathering phase before handing off pre-qualified enterprise accounts to executive leadership for closing.
Core Responsibilities
Account-Based Outreach (70%): Systematically map out decision-makers—specifically Plant Managers, Facility Engineers, Operations Directors, and Sustainability Leads—at high-probability target operations (cold storage hubs, large 3PL logistics facilities, and FMCG manufacturing plants).
B2B Content Deployment: Leverage internal operational data to create and distribute high-impact, technical B2B collateral (e.g., anonymized asset optimization case studies) that addresses specific regional grid vulnerabilities and fuel volatility.
Audit Acquisition: Execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and direct calls) to position our diagnostic services, maintaining a steady pipeline of booked Power Quality and Logistics Energy Audits.
Data Gathering & Pre-Qualification: Conduct initial site visits to compile structural data packets for the closing team. You will be responsible for extracting the prospect's last 12 months of electricity bills, logging apparent power quality risks, and mapping baseline fleet routing/utilization metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Business or marketing graduates with direct experience selling highly technical B2B industrial systems will also be considered.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in technical sales engineering, industrial lead generation, or B2B business development within the Philippines. Direct exposure to major industrial ecozones (e.g., LIMA Estate, Laguna Technopark) is a major advantage.
Technical & Commercial Literacy: Ability to confidently discuss power factor correction, voltage fluctuations, commercial electricity tariffs, and total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons between diesel and EV setups.
Language: Native or fluent command of Tagalog and English (written and verbal).
Mindset: Highly analytical, comfortable handling raw engineering data, independent, and aggressively focused on pipeline volume.
Performance-Based Compensation Structure
Solid Base Salary: Guaranteed monthly income to secure top-tier engineering talent.
Milestone Commissions: Fixed cash bonuses paid for every Qualified Audit Completed (defined as securing the meeting, conducting the site visit, and successfully gathering the target’s electricity and fleet data packets).
Contract Close Multipliers: Financial bonuses awarded when a targeted account you originated officially signs an EV lease agreement or industrial hardware procurement contract.
