Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion.

Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.

Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated in a timely and objective manner.

Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics.

Supervises, maintains, reviews, and enhances HRIS and connected systems.

Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.

Graduate of any 4-year course.

With 2 years of related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.

With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.

Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
