Technical Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultation to the sales team and clients during the pre-sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solution recommendations.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide clarification regarding products and services.
• Assist in technical requirements for proposals.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding product capabilities, implementation requirements, and solutions.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and solution validation when needed.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• With experience in technical support, pre-sales, sales engineering, or IT solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, hardware, networking, or related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to attend client meetings and presentations when required.
