Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, policies, and procedures to support business goals.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, cloud services, and end-user support.
- Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and information systems through effective cybersecurity measures.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, payroll, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other business applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and technology contracts.
- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of technology resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, software licensing requirements, and applicable data privacy regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team, including coaching, performance management, and skills development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance business performance and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in logistics, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, servers, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, database management, and system integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, payroll, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise business systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 27001 is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
