Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Handle the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closing
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and present value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Delivery Teams to ensure client success
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular business updates
- Drive revenue growth and expand assigned industry verticals
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven background in the IT Software and Hardware Industry
- Experience handling one or more of the following industries:
- • Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
- • Healthcare
- • Government
- • Logistics
- • Schools & Universities
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
