SaaS / Systems Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Role Overview

Software only delivers impact when users truly adopt it. We are hiring a SaaS / Systems Trainer & Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead user education, build master learning resources, and turn complex software platforms into simple, intuitive workflows for our clients.

You will leverage your deep Salesforce background and technical fluency to educate user bases, minimize onboarding friction, and ensure long-term platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Program Delivery: Design and conduct live group training webinars, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and interactive workshops for client teams.
• Salesforce Knowledge Base & Content Creation: Build comprehensive self-serve training documentation, video walk-throughs, and step-by-step user guides directly integrated with Salesforce user flows.
• SME Guidance: Serve as the internal and external Subject Matter Expert for product functionality, answering complex workflow and technical usage questions.
• User Adoption Tracking: Leverage Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor user login rates, feature utilization, and training completion rates.

Success Profile Metrics

• Core KPI: High user adoption rates and post-training satisfaction scores (90%+ CSAT) across onboarded cohorts.
• Output Metric: Consistent, structured delivery of video tutorials and documentation for every major product release.
