We're looking for a motivated Spanish (Bilingual) Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team!

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking prospects.
• Qualify leads based on the client's criteria.
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment attendance.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Representative is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
