Position: Cash Management Officer

About the Role

The Cash Management Officer ensures smooth day-to-day fund operations across digital wallets, bank accounts, and cash-out channels nationwide. You’ll handle monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of cash flow activities to maintain uninterrupted operations and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor franchise wallet balances and prepare replenishment requests.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of deposits, wallet balances, and fund transfers.
• Track and verify transactions routed through platforms such as e- Puhunan .
• Coordinate with banks and internal units for deposit validation and settlement follow-ups.
• Support the Cash Management Supervisor and Manager in maintaining fund availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cash management, treasury operations, banking, or financial services. Fresh Grad is welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
