Requirements :

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager.
  • Proven experience leading testing activities in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, governance, and defect management.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of testing SAP FICO (including Contract & Lease Management), SAP MM (Material Management), SAP PS (Project System)
  • Strong understanding of Fixed Asset Accounting, Asset Lifecycle Management, Investment Management, CAPEX & Asset Under Construction (AUC), Asset Verification & Fixed Asset Management, Asset Retirement & Disposal, Procurement & Vendor Management and Warehouse Management
  • Understand about SAP Contract & Lease Asset Management, Fixed asset accounting, Planning- Investment management, CAPEX – Asset under construction settlement process)
  • Have experience about Asset Verification & Fixed Asset Management, Asset Retirement, Disposal, Write-Off & Dismantling
  • Understanding about Project Management (WBS, AUC), Procurement (PR, PO, Vendor Acceptance) & Vendor management, Material Master, Asset master, Asset Class & Purchasing


Tanggung Jawab

  • Own end-to-end Test Strategy, Test Planning, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
  • Establish testing governance, reporting entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics.
  • Manage testing across SAP S/4HANA, CLM, and integrated applications.
  • Drive business validation, risk management, defect triage, and test sign-offs.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure complete coverage of critical business processes and integration
  • Lead end-to-end Test Strategy and Test Planning.
  • Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
  • Establish testing governance, quality metrics, and reporting.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams.
  • Drive business validation, defect triage, risk management, and test sign-off.
  • Ensure complete testing coverage across critical business processes and system integrations.
