Field Service Engineer (Mold/Tooling)

Richetec, Inc. is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer specialized in Mold Tools and DTFS machines to support operations at Cabuyao, Laguna. You will ensure that critical molding and semiconductor equipment are installed and maintained to exact specifications. If you have a deep understanding of mechanical assembly, tooling, and preventative maintenance, we want you on our team.

Core Responsibilities

- Installation and Maintenance: Perform expert-level installation, setup, and routine preventative maintenance on mold tools and DTFS systems.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and PC-related faults under tight production timelines.

- On-Site Representation: Serve as the face of Richetec at the client site, providing immediate technical support and maintaining strong operational relationships.

- Reporting: Deliver accurate daily activity logs and technical assessments to ensure full traceability and equipment reliability.

What We're Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical).

- Specialized Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience handling mold tools (conventional or auto-mold) and DTFS machines.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of mechanical troubleshooting, PC/software diagnostics, and MS Office.

- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, detailed technical reporting, and clear communication in both English and Filipino.

- Professional Pressence: Ability to work independently, adapt to client-driven schedules, and act with high integrity in a manufacturing environment.

- Logistics: Flexibility to travel frequently and station at assigned client manufacturing facilities.
