We are building a world-class organization and looking for a Controller (Finance Manager) who can own the financial backbone of the business. This is not just an accounting role — you'll be the one setting the standard for financial discipline, protecting the company's margins, and giving leadership the insights needed to make smart, fast decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control & Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Build and maintain internal controls that safeguard company assets.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Monitor receivables, payables, and credit lines to optimize liquidity.
• Forecast cash flow and anticipate financing needs.
• Improve collection processes and payment terms.
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with department heads to track performance against budgets.
• Provide variance analysis with clear, actionable insights.
Tax & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, government reporting, and audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulators.
Business Partnering
• Support leadership in financial decision-making with scenario analysis.
• Recommend process improvements and systems upgrades to strengthen financial operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management — balancing risk management with growth.
Qualifications:
• CPA or strong accounting/finance background (mandatory).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to both corporate and project-based environments.
• Strong grasp of Philippine tax and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• A detail-oriented operator who thrives on structure, but with the ability to think big-picture.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where things move fast.
