UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles, translating business and user requirements into effective and visually appealing digital solutions.

The role will work closely with product, development, and business teams to design seamless user journeys and deliver high-quality interfaces across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and digital applications.
• Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into practical UX solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback.
• Conduct usability testing and evaluate designs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Review implemented interfaces and recommend improvements based on usability, functionality, and visual consistency.
• Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• 3–7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, depending on level and scope of experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, usability, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of web and mobile design standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and general web development concepts.
• Experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, or other UX research activities.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or customer-facing digital platforms.
