Primary Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant Generalist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions, including:
- HR Administration and Records Management
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Payroll Administration and Timekeeping
- n Government-Mandated Benefits and Remittances
- Employee Relations and Employee Services
- HR Compliance and Documentation
Major Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documents.
- Prepare HR reports and employment-related documentation.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist in new hire orientation and documentation.
Payroll and Timekeeping
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related concerns.
Government Benefits and Compliance
- Process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and employee updates.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and assist with employee relations documentation.
- Support employee engagement and company activities.
HR Compliance and Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
Facilities & Building Administration
- Closely monitors building conditions to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Inspects office areas, pantries, and common spaces.
- Conducts regular daily walkthroughs to assess facility status and identify issues.
- Performs other task/duties assigned by the Immediate Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role
- Experience in recruitment, employee records management, and HR documentation is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Workdays: Monday - Saturday
