Primary Responsibilities:

Maximizes dealership profitability by structuring competitive financing and leasing packages, securing credit approvals, selling aftermarket products (e.g., extended warranties, GAP insurance), and ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely funding.

Major Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions

• Lender & Partner Relations: Negotiate financing terms, buying limits, and interest rates with underwriters, while evaluating insurance/finance vendors to optimize margin payouts.
• Deal Oversight & Audit: Review deal jackets, trade-in equities, down payments, and lender fees to ensure accuracy; collaborate with accounting to reconcile monthly F&I income and minimize chargebacks.
• Risk & Claims Management: Resolve escalated insurance and GAP claims, while monitoring default trends and early payoff risks to safeguard revenue.
• Sales Collaboration & Team Leadership: Partner with sales management to streamline customer transitions to the F&I office, and mentor F&I staff on ethical sales techniques and credit pre-qualification.
• Governance & Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., product conversion rates, lender penetration) to executive leadership, adapting strategies to market and regulatory changes.
• Performs other task/duties assigned by the Immediate Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or equivalent professional accounting certification is highly preferred.
• 5–10 years of working experience in Accounting as a Manager.
• Strong command of dealership financial structures, menu selling, leasing/loan products, and insurance programs.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills to maximize conversion and revenue per vehicle retailed (PVR) .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
