WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Klang Valley, Selangor

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000/month, depending on experience

Industry: Aerospace Precision Machining / Manufacturing

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team and support the company's daily accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts

• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits

• Assist with SST, tax and statutory submissions

• Support payroll-related accounting and statutory contributions

• Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and other relevant parties

• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage

• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
