JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruiter will source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for assigned vacancies. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post jobs and source candidates through approved channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct structured initial interviews.

• Present qualified candidates and coordinate client or hiring manager interviews.

• Maintain candidate communication and accurate status updates.

• Support offers, requirements, and pre-employment follow-up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.

• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.

• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.
