About the role

We are looking for a Web3 & Blockchain Instructor / Consultant with strong industry knowledge or practical experience in Web3, Blockchain or Digital Assets. This role combines professional training, industry knowledge sharing and consulting, where you will provide practical guidance, develop educational content and deliver training to learners and clients. The position also offers opportunities for overseas travel, international training programmes and Web3 industry events.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Web3 / Blockchain courses and training programmes
  • Provide professional guidance and consultation on Web3 and blockchain-related topics
  • Prepare presentations, course materials, case studies and practical examples
  • Explain topics such as Blockchain, Web3, Digital Assets, Wallets, DeFi, NFT, DAO and related technologies
  • Provide practical insights based on current Web3 industry developments
  • Conduct online and offline classes, workshops, AMAs, seminars and sharing sessions
  • Understand learners' or clients' needs and provide appropriate guidance and recommendations
  • Continuously update course and consulting content according to industry trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve training and educational programmes
  • Participate in overseas training, projects, business activities and international industry events

About you

  • Strong command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding and/or practical experience in Web3, Blockchain, Crypto or Digital Assets
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in public speaking and conducting training sessions
  • Able to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Strong interest in education, training and knowledge sharing
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to continuously learn
  • Willing to travel overseas when required
  • Advantageous: Experience in Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto projects
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of DeFi, NFT, DAO, Wallet, Smart Contracts or Tokenomics
