Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including product presentations, demonstrations, technical consultations, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Assist the Sales team in recommending suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Address client technical concerns, warranty/service requests, and provide user orientation when needed.
- Conduct site visits and fieldwork for installation, technical assessment, and client support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- With experience in technical support, pre-sales, or after-sales support is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in IT equipment, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and travel.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
