Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

3+ years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems

Knowledge of shipping and logistics regulations

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Experience with process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily order fulfillment operations

Manage warehouse staff and logistics teams

Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping

Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
