About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR projects, improve business processes, support talent development, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will work independently on complex initiatives, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data analysis, automation, and redesigned procedures.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex, high-impact HR projects and processes from planning through completion.

* Define project scope, establish milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.

* Mentor junior HR professionals and delegate assignments based on individual skills and experience.

* Review team deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.

* Support the development of strategic operational roadmaps and implementation plans.

* Translate high-level business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.

* Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies or processes based on performance results.

* Identify workflow inefficiencies and analyze data to develop improvement recommendations.

* Support automation initiatives and process enhancements that deliver measurable improvements.

* Review existing SOPs and redesign processes to address emerging business needs.

* Develop practical solutions by evaluating existing processes, precedents, and business requirements.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Use effective communication and negotiation skills to align expectations and support collaboration.

* Partner with stakeholders to drive successful implementation of HR initiatives.


Requirements

* Experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

* Strong project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives independently.

* Experience mentoring HR professionals and delegating work effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, and automation.

* Ability to evaluate and redesign SOPs and business processes.

* Strong understanding of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.

* Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
