Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Chinese-speaking crypto market. You'll own the full cycle of acquiring KOLs, trading communities, and active traders, and turning those relationships into consistent, measurable trading volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard Chinese-speaking KOLs, influencers, community leaders, and trading groups across Telegram, WeChat, X, YouTube, Douyin, and other relevant platforms
• Negotiate and manage KOL partnerships, including affiliate, referral, and revenue-share deals
• Recruit and activate active traders, including high-volume and professional traders, market makers, and trading teams
• Drive trading volume and active user growth in the Chinese market against monthly targets
• Build and manage a pipeline of partners, communities, and institutional or VIP leads
• Run trading competitions, campaigns, and incentive programs with the marketing team
• Provide ongoing support to partners and traders to retain them and grow their volume
• Track performance (volume per KOL, conversion, retention, CAC) and report on what is working
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to improve our product and positioning for Chinese users

Nice to Have

• Experience with perpetuals DEXs or on-chain trading products
• Connections to trading groups, market makers, or VIP trader networks
• Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign tracking
