Finance & Admin Specialist (Remote | Full-Time | Night Shift)

Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (Remote – Philippines)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Compensation: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000/month + Performance Bonuses

As we scale, we are strengthening our internal operations. We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven Finance/Admin Specialist who thrives in structured environments and takes ownership of accuracy, consistency, and reliability.


The Role

This is a precision-focused operational role. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial workflows—from payroll to reporting—are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage invoicing and payroll with strict accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain clean, organized financial records
  • Calculate commissions and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate reports for leadership review and decision-making
  • Coordinate with teachers and internal staff regarding payroll and financial concerns
  • Ensure all data is consistent, traceable, and audit-ready

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Salary: ₱30,000/month
  • +₱5,000 increase after 90 days
  • +₱5,000 increase after 180 days
  • Performance-based bonuses thereafter


Hiring Process (Paid Trial-Based Selection)

We follow a performance-based hiring approach:

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a paid trial (2–6 weeks)
  • Multiple candidates may be evaluated simultaneously
  • Final selection is based on actual performance, not just interviews
