Business Analyst - Finance and Business Intelligence

Do you enjoy working with data, improving business processes, and making sure reports deliver accurate and reliable insights? We’re looking for a Business Analyst - Finance and BI who can connect business operations with IT solutions while supporting finance and sales systems.

Key Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position supporting finance or sales applications. (Must-have)
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with data analysis.
• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), including dashboards, KPI monitoring, and reporting tools such as SAP BO, SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in finance and sales operations is a must have.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills when coordinating with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams.
• Self-driven, dependable, and able to manage assigned tasks independently.

Additional Skills That Are an Advantage

• Familiarity with Databricks or comparable data platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Exposure to ERP solutions such as SAP or Oracle, along with master data management.
• Okay for Shfiting Schedule with nightshift and a Hybrid of 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assist business users with finance and reporting applications, ensuring concerns are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Oversee recurring monthly sales data activities, validate figures, and follow through on discrepancies to ensure accurate results.
• Manage and update master data, including customer, product, and pricing information, in line with established governance practices.
• Analyze data discrepancies, determine underlying causes, and coordinate the necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with IT and data specialists to assess business needs and implement system updates or improvements.
• Review and optimize reporting outputs to maintain consistency and accuracy across different systems.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, prepare specifications, and maintain clear process documentation.
• Coordinate and lead UAT activities to validate system changes before implementation.
