Job Responsibilities

Focused on the Indonesian market, drive user growth and trading volume by leveraging the network of trading signal mentors. Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and maintain high-quality trading signal mentors (trading tutors, KOLs) across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, build a partner resource pool, conduct partnership negotiations, design cooperation proposals and execute implementation, to secure long-term and stable collaboration.
• Support trading signal mentors in promotional campaigns, conduct research on local market demand and competitor strategies, coordinate internal resources of the company, drive user registration and trading conversion, and boost market activity.

Core Job Requirements

• Mandatory Requirement: Existing network of Indonesian trading signal mentors.
• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in the Web3 industry, with good knowledge of industry rules.
• Strong skills in negotiation, resource integration and data analysis; capable of independently delivering partnership execution. Candidates with proven successful cases are preferred.
