Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Systems Data Integrator with experience in business analysis, API mapping, and interface development. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, supporting system integration initiatives, and coordinating with business and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and integration solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with REST/JSON and SOAP/XML technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for integration projects and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain API mappings and system interfaces to support data exchange between applications.
  • Work with REST/JSON and SOAP/XML technologies to support system integration requirements.
  • Coordinate with business units and technical teams to assess enhancement requests and define appropriate solutions.
  • Support project planning, initiation, and implementation activities for system enhancements and integration initiatives.
  • Help prepare business cases, high-level requirements, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor project and enhancement progress and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery expectations with business and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and work with relevant teams to identify and resolve problems.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to support quality and timely delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Data Integrator.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in API mapping and interface development.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/JSON and SOAP/XML technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data integration practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
