Job Function: 

Responsible for the implementation of training support to the SBU organization. This position partners with Branch leads and the Training leads in the implementation of talent development programs that will support the business unit's people growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Training and Development Programs

  • Support in Job Based and Leadership Curriculum

  • Course Module and Design 

  • Admin and Reporting 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate

  • With at least 2 years relevant experience in T&D

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint 

  • Experience in POS and counter training is an advantage

  • Amenable to be assigned in SM Store - Cubao
