  • Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • Build positive customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.

  • Preferably with experience in retail sales, customer service or hospitality.

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.

  • Sales-driven, result-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours.

  • Candidates with jewellery sales experience, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications will have an added advantage.
