Social Media Content Creator (Eng & Chi)

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu & other digital platforms.

• Appear on camera for videos, product demonstrations, interviews and brand campaigns.

• Research social media trends and develop creative content ideas that increase views, followers.

• Write scripts, captions and content copies in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Assist in managing daily social media activities and campaign execution.

• Work closely with designers, videographers and the marketing team to produce quality content.

• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

• Support livestreams, showroom events and marketing campaigns when required.

• Perform other marketing and content-related duties assigned by the company.
