Growth Marketing Lead
Tavor Perry
Job Summary: This opening is for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead who will develop our next client acquisition channels from scratch. Today, organic and AI search bring in the bulk of our clients. The next step is someone who can map out, launch, and test fresh channels (paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals) on a modest budget, then turn the proven ones into repeatable growth engines. This role rewards people who are resourceful, ask the right questions before jumping to conclusions, let data guide their decisions, and have the confidence to challenge leadership when the numbers say otherwise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals
Run experiments on small budgets, read results quickly, and decide what to grow, tweak, or end
Watch the entire funnel from lead to signed client, with attention on lead quality and cost per client rather than cost per lead alone
Build lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting that attract high-intent prospects
Locate and research target businesses and decision makers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources
Create and run personalized outreach campaigns for prospective clients
Get the most out of existing assets, including our client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen lead handoff and follow-up
Present results with clear recommendations, including what to set aside
Take on more of the growth strategy as channels prove their worth
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from zero, with measurable results
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn Ads)
Strong command of funnel metrics and the ability to figure out why leads fail to convert
Resourceful prospect research skills, including finding specific people and companies online
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a habit of asking questions before suggesting solutions
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work while still applying your own judgment
Confidence to give opinions, set priorities, and push back with sound reasoning
Dependable, focused, and self-starting
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience marketing B2B services to small and medium businesses in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
Background in outsourcing, staffing, or professional services marketing
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold outreach
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
Experience building or growing referral or partnership programs
Familiarity with landing page builders and conversion optimization
Track record of delivering results on small test budgets
Why Join Us: This is a rare opportunity to build a growth function firsthand, with direct access to leadership and real say in decisions. We value clear thinking, honest opinions, and experiments that teach us something useful. When you prove a channel, the role grows along with you.
