Sales Recruitment Associate (Pasay)

About the role

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and developing top sales talent to support our expanding operations. You will work closely with our sales leadership to build a high-performing recruitment pipeline and ensure we attract candidates who align with our company values and sales excellence standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales force whilst driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, update and assist day-to-day loan consultant concerns and queries

• Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans

• Conduct recruitment and onboarding and maintain strong relationships with Loans Consultants

• Collect documents from clients

• Pre-screen loan applications

• Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan

• Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new and renewal accounts

• Reach out to LCs for endorsement

• Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues to the immediate supervisor for prompt resolution

• Assist the Branch manager in meeting and exceeding targets

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course or at least college level

• Willing to do field work

• Process oriented and technology-inclined

• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

• Can quickly adapt and willing to learn and be molded

• Strong knowledge of lending products and loan applications

• Ensure integrity and compliance to all company policies
