Business Development Executive - Property Developers


RM 3,500 - RM 8,000+ per month (incl. commission, based on sales performance)

Full-time, 9am-5pm, Taipan Business Centre, USJ 10, Subang Jaya


iNewProject is Malaysia's new-launch property platform. Buyers find new projects, pick a unit and send an e-Enquiry. We work directly with property developers.


What you'll do

Pitch iNewProject to property developers

Follow up and close our marketing packages (listings, e-Enquiry, social media)

Build long-term relationships with developer teams


You have

2+ years in B2B sales, business development or property sales

Fluent spoken English (must). Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Confidence presenting to business owners and directors

Steady, disciplined follow-up
