UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product & Engineering team.

You'll be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, improving user experiences, and creating visually consistent designs for our SaaS platform and digital products.

We already have an established product design direction, so we need someone who can work with existing designs, understand user needs, and introduce practical improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving design challenges, understands how digital products work, and can turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS platform, websites, and digital products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain consistent design components, layouts, and design systems.
• Create graphics, website assets, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.
• Shoot and edit videos for product demonstrations, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with developers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into practical designs.
• Prepare design files for developer handoff and review implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Manage assigned projects and deliver designs within agreed timelines.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related digital design roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Strong hands-on Figma skills are required. We're open to candidates with less than one year of Figma experience if they can demonstrate practical proficiency.
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, responsive layouts, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, usability testing, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit videos.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development to support collaboration with developers.
• Ability to maintain and improve existing product designs and brand guidelines.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with different teams.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, Figma designs, graphic design, and video work.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or other business software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and product demonstration videos.
• Experience using AI-assisted design and creative tools.
