About the role
This role involves responding to online advertising leads and enquiries, handling customer enquiries via social media platforms, coordinating golf class bookings, and matching students with suitable golf coaches. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and coaches, and assist with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online advertising leads and enquiries
- Handle customer enquiries via social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Coordinate golf class bookings and match students with suitable golf coaches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and coaches
- Assist with daily customer service and administrative tasks
About you
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
