SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (AI & PROCESS AUTOMATION)

We are looking for a highly analytical, process-driven Senior Business Analyst – AI & Process Automation to help lead this transformation. You will work closely with the CEO, department heads, and IT development team to understand existing operations, identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and translate business requirements into actionable specifications for AI-powered systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Process Analysis & Optimization

- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-driven automation solutions.

- Map and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency.

2. AI Automation & Workflow Design

- Identify and design AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities.

- Define AI automation processes and human intervention requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into the Business Management System (BMS).

3. Business Requirements & IT Coordination

- Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Coordinate with IT and developers to ensure proper implementation.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor automation performance, accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and prepare progress reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- At least 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or related roles.

- Strong ability to analyze complex operations and translate them into structured processes and actionable requirements.

- Experience preparing workflow diagrams, process maps, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently with department heads and technical teams.

- Strong interest in AI technologies and business process automation.

Preferred:

- Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or enterprise management systems.

- Familiarity with AI Agents, large language models (LLMs), and automation tools.

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development workflows.

- Experience in professional services, accounting, taxation, compliance, or consulting businesses.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, BPMN, and process improvement frameworks.
