Job Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with experience in network or server administration, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves maintaining reliable and secure infrastructure, supporting application deployments across different environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving system performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and infrastructure management, with an interest in cloud technologies and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network systems and infrastructure services.
• Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to support deployment and infrastructure operations.
• Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Perform database updates in accordance with established security guidelines.
• Ensure servers, desktops, and other devices are updated with appropriate access controls, certificates, and patches.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues involving network connectivity, performance, compatibility, and access permissions.
• Assist support teams in investigating and resolving production environment issues.
• Collaborate with solution architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to maintain secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Research and evaluate tools and technologies that support project delivery and infrastructure improvement.
• Help implement IT, security, and audit requirements in accordance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 4 years of experience in network administration or server administration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Scripting experience using Bash, Perl, PowerShell, Ruby, or Python.
