About the role

A Recruiter manages the full-cycle hiring process, finding, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within an organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to define job requirements and draft accurate job descriptions

• Post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites, while actively searching for passive candidates via platforms like Jobstreet, Indeed and etc

• Review resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit

• Track applicants's selection process

• Coordinate reference checks, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and handle pre-employment processing

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Generally 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Active listening

• Negotiation skills

• Familiarity with employment laws
