YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Grow Your Business

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and customer engagement.

  • Expand the company's customer base within your assigned territory.

  • Explore opportunities in the Office Automation & IT market.

2. Build Lasting Relationships

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and understand their business needs.

  • Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service.

3. Deliver Solutions That Matter

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable office automation and IT solutions.

  • Prepare sales proposals and conduct product presentations.

  • Provide value-driven solutions that help customers improve their business operations.

4. Achieve & Excel

  • Work towards monthly sales targets and business objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in any field.

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to learn.

  • Enjoy meeting people and building business relationships.

  • Willing to take on challenges and work towards sales targets.

  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Johor.
