Role Overview

This role involves managing in-house air-conditioning servicing team and supporting the growth of its home services marketplace.

You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training and managing service professionals, including renovation contractors, plumbers, electricians and other home service providers, to ensure they meet platform standards and deliver quality services.

You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the in-house air-conditioning team, ensuring efficient job scheduling, service quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will support other business growth initiatives, such as credit package sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, onboard, train and manage service professionals on the company's platform.

  • Monitor service provider performance and ensure they meet quality and service standards.

  • Manage the daily operations of the in-house air-conditioning servicing team, including technician scheduling and job allocation.

  • Drive repeat bookings and direct customer enquiries.

  • Monitor job quality, customer ratings, rework rates and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Maintain monthly performance trackers covering job volume, revenue per job, technician utilisation, ratings, rework rates and profitability.

  • Develop and maintain sales KPI dashboards to track business performance.

  • Gather feedback from service professionals and recommend improvements to service packages and business models.

  • Support other growth-related initiatives, including credit package sales.

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn, a proactive attitude and a strong drive to succeed.

  • Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in field service, operations, sales support or marketplace operations are preferred.

  • Experience in the home services industry will be an added advantage.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, numerical data and basic reporting.

  • Strong organisational, scheduling and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work independently, take ownership and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
