Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Community & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our community efforts, with a particular focus on the Japanese market. This is not a role for a moderator or a passive participant; we are looking for a leader who can actively take charge, think creatively, and develop solutions that align with our current budget and goals. While experience in the Japanese market is highly preferred, we are open to global candidates who have the right experience in Web3 and are eager to learn and navigate the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:

• Lead and manage the Japanese community on platforms like Telegram and Twitter, ensuring active engagement and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert community members from passive followers to active participants and investors in $AVAC.
• Organize and lead localized community events, such as AMAs, virtual meetups, and educational sessions.
• Gather feedback from the community and work closely with the product team to incorporate relevant insights into our offerings.

Marketing & Growth:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market, focusing on building brand awareness and attracting new investors.
• Identify and engage with key influencers, blogs, and platforms in Japan that can help promote AvaCoach and $AVAC.
• Work with the design and content teams to create localized marketing materials, social media content, and educational resources.
• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as LINE, Yahoo Japan, and Twitter, focusing on ROI and audience engagement.

Investor Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential investors in Japan, presenting the value proposition of AvaCoach and $AVAC in a compelling way.
• Host investor-focused webinars and presentations to explain the benefits of holding $AVAC and the long-term vision of AvaCoach.
• Create and distribute investor updates, reports, and other communication to keep the community informed and engaged.

Partnership Development:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Japanese educational institutions, tech platforms, and other relevant organizations to expand AvaCoach’s reach.
• Explore co-marketing opportunities with local companies and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility in Japan.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community growth, engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
• Regularly report on the progress and impact of community and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in Web3 community management and marketing, with a strong track record of building and growing communities. Experience in the Japanese market is highly preferred, but candidates with global experience and a willingness to learn about the Japanese market are also welcome.
• Language: Fluency in Japanese is a major plus. For global candidates, fluency in English is required, with a commitment to learning Japanese or working closely with Japanese-speaking team members.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a community.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing and community performance.
• Attitude: A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Must be adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. We need someone who is creative and can come up with innovative solutions to navigate our current budget constraints.

Compensation:

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and market standards.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses will be offered for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community growth, engagement, and investor acquisition.
• Work Flexibility: This is a remote position with flexible hours. You can work on other projects as long as your tasks for AvaCoach are completed on time.
• Future Growth: As the community and investor base grow, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and budget for more expansive marketing efforts.

Location: Remote (Preference for Japan-based candidates, but open to global candidates with experience in Web3 and a willingness to learn the Japanese market)
