About the role
We are hiring for multiple portfolio companies — early‑stage projects in DeFi, L2 infrastructure, RWA tokenization, and cross‑chain protocols.
You will be the commercial engine of a Web3 project. You will talk to protocols, exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional partners. You will close deals that directly impact TVL, trading volume, and ecosystem growth.
What you'll do
Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, market makers, and ecosystem funds
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align commercial strategy with product roadmap
Represent the project at conferences, hackathons, and industry events
Track and report on KPIs: partnerships signed, TVL growth, revenue generated
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in crypto / Web3)
Deep understanding of DeFi, exchanges, or blockchain infrastructure
Strong network within the crypto ecosystem — or the ability to build one fast
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
