- Provide remote customer support for a leading cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring a seamless trading experience for trading users.
- Providing professional customer support to users through real-time chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Handling customer queries regarding account management, transactions, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation.
- 24/7 rotating shifts (9 hours per shift, including 1-hour break) to ensure global coverage.
- Delivered consistent service excellence by resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Product, to resolve complex issues.
- Leveraged in-depth knowledge of crypto trends and system updates to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Native or fluent English required; additional language skills (Chinese/Korean/Japanese) a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, customer service, or relationship management required.
- Excellent verbal/written communication paired with a service-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with crypto trading, wallets, and blockchain fundamentals is a plus.
